I use balneol, expensive but worth it to get clean and avoid a sore butt hole. I get it on Amazon as it less than in stores. Dab some on the paper and wipe away. I hope you do not have Crohns either. I hope to get some answers when I see my immunology specialist on 7/13. I want this damn thing to heal!
