I;ve been eating the yogurt with probiotics, I have one each day. I've noticed a change in digestive issues, things seem to not cause heartburn as much. And the stools are softer, but I have been drinking a ton of water each day and added Metemucil Clear and Miralax to my diet.
The probiotics capsules needs to stay in a cool place. You can put them in the freezer too, according to my herbal lady.

ok,i actually bought the digestive advantage "gas relief" caplets the other day.i know it has been awhile since i posted this,but ive been slacking...im starting them the 1st of may and tracking the results,guess i'll see what happens when they kick in..

been using them for a month,great improvement for my gas! dont get me wrong,i still toot,but i dont have the pain that would accompany the tooting sometimes,and feel much better overall down there,no stomach cramps and gurgling sounds...so far so good,took about a week to get them in the system...

I would say you've been wall fishing again, Dano, but that camera date is, well, kinda dated.. heh heh..
