Alternative to A & D ointment?

Postby Guest » 10 Jun 2007, 17:40

Hi All,
I've been skimming a lot of the posts and this A & D ointment keeps popping up every now and then. Unfortunately my hubby couldn't find it in the drug store...it may be another example of limited selection being available in Canada. Is there another alternative?
Thanks!

I have used KY jelly too. I know others have used petroleum jelly. Let me know if you want me to send you a tube of the ointment. I can go by the drugstore this week!

Hi Lecia,
My hubby picked up the KY jelly--he picked up a lot of stuff on my behalf today--so I'll see how things go tomorrow morning. I actually used vaseline this morning...and it obviously didn't work. I'll let you know if I'll need the A&D--thanks for the offer to send some!

Yeah, I have sent mine to get all sorts of butt products. I am sure the people at the store wondered WHAT was up! :D

Merita,
Look for the A&D where the baby care products were. Thats where I found it at Walmart. It is not in with the regualr ointments.
