I had lis back in march and one month later i had an abscess. Long story short went under the knife to get it drained and fixed and doc said it was all fine. For me recovery was much easier than the lis but its been one month now and the wound healed but there is a hole that the doc made didnt close up yet and its still draning but not as much as before but is it normal to still have drainage one month after surgey? Doc said it takes up to 2 months for it to stop but what am reading on the internet says by 2 weeks it should stop. I am really confused swelling is down to minimal and there is hardly any pain left.
