Hi,
I am looking for some insight into the anoplasty surgery before I discuss this with my CRS. I have stenosis and have had manual dilation for this. I find that i have no issues passing stools when their volume is more. My first 2 bowel movements in the morning are typically problem free. However, when my stools pieces are tiny and soft i find it impossible to push them out in a normal manner and this leads to constant straining and bleeding since i struggle. Has anyone with stenosis experienced this issue? I would like to know if anoplasty will help resolve this issue. I am not sure why bigger volume stools pass without a problem.
Thank you.
