Environmental pollution to genetic mutations. But difficult to know which causes what.

Not as much as my husband does!!! My feeling is that many drivers are on their cell phones WAY too much and not paying ATTENTION to driving.
I think you may be correct on the pollution idea--pesticides and even stuff that we are eating in our food. I'm really down on sugar at the moment and think that might be contributing to the seemingly current epidemic of cancer.

No, don't watch the debates. I do read about it on BBC the next day, though, as that is where I get my news.

No, marathons for me!! I got my knee goofed up while alternating walking and running (to speed up calorie burning) several years ago on concrete. Bad move on my part!!

According to the World Health Organisation, radiation from cell phones can possibly cause cancer. So, my answer is that I would rather not use cell phones much, which I don't.

I think that you may be correct about the cell phone cance link!
I still have a small fear of elevators and heights, but not as much fear of elevators as I had in the past.
