Baked lentil chips

Postby Still hoping » 21 Apr 2014, 16:32

I just wanted to recommend Mediterranean Snacks Baked Lentil Chips as a decent high fiber and portable snack food. I tried them recently and now eat them on a regular basis. I like the sea salt and the cucumber/dill flavors. The pepper is a bit too peppery for me. They have 3 grams of fiber in 22 chips.

I was going to try Plentils, another type of lentil chips but the fiber content was lower.

Yes, I like lentil chips. That's a good suggestion.
Nifedipine/lidocaine, no help
Diltiazem, effective, but caused major rash
Nitroglycerine, effective.
Topical estrogen for final healing.
Gentle heat to bottom - pain relief, muscle relaxant
Kondremul mineral oil
Time - lots of time.
Status - Healed!

These don't aggravate? I've been so afraid to eat hard things like chips or nuts. It would be nice to have options.
