Bleeding: How man days in a row?

Postby Guest » 24 Jul 2007, 20:14

I've had bleeding, though small, for roughly 7 days in a row now. Is this common? For me, this is definitely a stretch since I've had the AF.
Thanks!

i recently had about 7 days of bleeding in a row. sometimes just a few flecks on the tp, sometimes streaks on the stool. and this was after having about 7 good days, which had been my best run yet.
but you might want to check in with your doc if you think you're getting worse.
has your pain/discomfort gotten any better?

I have read accounts by some AF suffers who stated they bleed almost every day, some.
I don't want to minimize the bleeding too much. But recall that even for almost four months after surgery, some bleeding can occur. An active fissure, in some people, will bleed easily.
How full a suite of the regular supplements do you take? Do you take a full regimen of minerals each day, including zinc? It may have helped in my case, as my bleeding was not as severe as many, but it worried me, too, when it happened. Maintaining the health and integrity of the membranes down there would go a long way in keeping the bleeding to a bare minimum.
