no not the food type!, does anyone with a fissure use a do-nut type ring to sit on for the fissure ,only i bought one and my partner seemed to think if i sit on it ,it may like part my cheeks a bit and make the fissure worse?? any ideas,defo don't want to aggravate the little bleeder!!(the fissure,not my boyfriend!!)

I've never had any success with donut cushions. If anything they press your cheeks closer together, in my experience.

Ditto :( it puts pressure where we do not need it - someone recommended a super soft pillow.. but I haven't tried it..
