Does anyone have problems with their fissure when they eat egg whites or egg beaters?

That's weird. I wonder if it's our funny American eggs or if there is a missing link, like our tendency to eat eggs with a lot of butter....
Japan eats more eggs than anywhere else in the world and their life expectancy is, on average, greater than the US. In fact, wasn't it Osaka where there are the greatest number of centigenarians in the world?

It could be their piscine diet helps offset their high-cholesterol eggs?

That could very well be. That and exercise. Plus, a lot of people in Osaka still farm much of their own food. The centigenarians are stil our everyday working their own little plots of land.

It is true that being active in old age can add years to one's life. I work with the elderly and the ones who stay active (generally) live longest.
