Fissure during anal sex

After 4 surgeries, I'm still bleeding during anal sex. My posterior anal fissure keeps opening. I don't care about the pain, but my boyfriend doesn't like the blood. Is there anything like a cream or something, that holds the bleeding at least during the sex? I appreciate any kind of help

It doesn't hurt, I just feel it tearing up, after this I don't feel any kind of pain
