20M, been experiencing symptoms for about a month. Can't see a doctor anytime soon so would like to know which one this sounds more like.
The main symptom by far is itching, which is getting more intense. It occurs randomly throughout the day and after bowel movements, when it gets the most intense. It isn't particularly painful but it is very annoying.
I also have bleeding, which doesn't happen every day but does happen pretty often. It isn't much blood, it's clearly red and fresh, and it isn't painful.
I have inspected my anus to the best of my abilities, and I have realised that my symptoms are entirely localised to the back of it (the end furthest away from my genitals). I think the itching occurs entirely here, and it seems like the bleeding does too. There are one or two lumps there that are very small and skin-coloured, I reckon they're skin tags but I'm not sure.
If I had to choose which I have, I'd go for anal fissure, but I've heard that those are usually very painful and I'm not really experiencing any pain at all. I also have a bit of a family history of hemorrhoids, though nothing massive.

Itching is definitely a fissure symptom, but you need to be examined by a colorectal specialist in order to be completely sure.
