Does/did anyone else have groin and/or leg pain with their fissure?

I'm having pain in my groin/pelvic area and down the back of my right leg, in addition to the rectal pain from the fissure itself.

I'm worried there may be more going on than just the fissure. I had a colonoscopy which was clear. CRS said could be related since that whole area shares nerves.

Just wondering if anyone else had similar referred pain.

I have read of others having groin pains...the whole area is so connected it is no surprise that you can have some sensations nearby. If you are experiencing leg pain as well my only thought is that the tight sphincter muscle may be applying some pressure on nerves that are both connected to your groin and leg.
