just started using this ?Russian cream called Hemosan crema apparently made with 100% natural ingredients... read a very brief post from a forum and ordered it from Ebay started yesterday and today had my first BM with pretty much a 3 on the pain scale... even showering off after didn't really hurt. more of a sting!

I've changed nothing else about my routine... could this be linked? all the packaging is Russian and usually I'd be too wary about using something that I can't read but hey this is desperation now.

anyone else had any experience of this? I don't want to count my chickens before they hatch...
