Anyone experience this?

Hi manitourose ... I have heard of hemrhoids after surgery but not anal lumps ... Have u had it checked out ... Keep us updated

Waiting for a referral from my surgeon now that I live in a different area. My regular doctor called from another state and thinks it's just hemorrhoids due to immense stress. Suggested prep h, baths, oxide barrier cream to help sensitive tissues and of course water and fiber in the mean time. I am just so scared!

I should clarify: It presents like "piles" and a small hard pea (smaller) one internally just near the external area. I have read all the research but I do everything I am supposed to, my family ever really had issues... (though I had a grandmother with an anal abscess infection in her later 50's in the 1970's that was handled poorly in the UK)..... So I wonder - why me? I am and always have been very healthy, very healthy weight, young (enough)... Only factor I can relate is my anxiety disorder. But I've done evidenced based research and can't find links to anal problems and anxiety/stress.. so on.. Just random blog posts.

Sounds like a skin tag to me. I have one from my fissure.
