Hello everyone,
I just found some info on HET Bipolar Cutlery for chronic anal fissure...does anyone know a doc that treats both internal hemmroids and anal fissure with HET? Has anyone had this procedure done for both AF & Hemmroids? I tried to attach a pic of the study and I don't know how to copy & paste the link on the smartphone but can do tomorrow from laptop. 8/16-12/16: Fissure due to antibiotics
5/17: Botox to sphincter, fissure healed
9/19: Trigger point injections and pudendal nerve block
11/19: Botox to pelvic floor
8/20: Botox to pelvic floor in new location.
On and off in pelvic physical therapy
