Internal Hemmroids & Dialation

Has anyone used dialators with internal hemmroids? Mine are "mild" according to my CRS (Dr. Holecamp Saint Clair Hospital Pittsburgh, PA) I used a 10 mm dialator today (since I was already using a 10 mm applicator for meds). This was the first time, and the only thing I noticed was it felt like I hit something in there, possible a hemmroid?

Best to check with your doctor. You don't want to irritate anything internally.
8/16-12/16: Fissure due to antibiotics
5/17: Botox to sphincter, fissure healed
9/19: Trigger point injections and pudendal nerve block
11/19: Botox to pelvic floor
8/20: Botox to pelvic floor in new location.
On and off in pelvic physical therapy
