I have some left over Diltiazem HCI ointment from 6 months ago and wondered if it would be ok to still use it as I felt this particular paraffin based ointment worked for me back then and would have a better chance now that my sphincter has been cut/relaxed, just a thought!
I know the ointment will of lost some of it's efficacy over time but will still do the job? If it can't be used then I'll wait until I've seen my CRS on the 17th and try to get some more, I guess I'm just over-stressing because of the recent set backs and want relief..

I have one tube I sometimes use from over 2 years ago. I think it still works!!

Thanks cheryl, I have used the Diltiazem, it seems to be working as I'm getting a slight headache after use, not experienced a headache from it before though but am not worried because it shows it's working!

Yeap - no harm in using it : ))) ! It can only get less effective, but can not "spoil" in 6 mos . : ))) ! Glad to hear it is still "working"
