Kefir!

Postby Newmommy28 » 20 Nov 2014, 08:13

I just wanted to share what has been helping me so much recently-- Probiotics!

I am drinking 1 cup of kefir in the morning and taking a pretty serious probiotic at night before bed and I have really noticed a difference with stools. (I am still drinking Miralax at night but I found it wasn't really doing the trick some nights). I really recommend everyone at least try this. Kefir is so good for you-- just google it! It has even been said to help with anxiety. I'm going to be trying to make my own soon and I'm thinking things will improve even more.

I hope this helps someone!

Kefir is really easy to make. I make my own yogurt, and used to make kefir. Kefir is so, so simple in comparison. Unfortunately, nobody in my family likes it, so I gave it up. Glad it's helping you!
Nifedipine/lidocaine, no help
Diltiazem, effective, but caused major rash
Nitroglycerine, effective.
Topical estrogen for final healing.
Gentle heat to bottom - pain relief, muscle relaxant
Kondremul mineral oil
Time - lots of time.
Status - Healed!
