Hi!
Well, i hate to say it, but i had a very OFF diet day today. We had a BBQ and I didnt even get a chance to have breakfast this morning. I am thinking of taking some MOM tonight but I don't know how much to take. I took 2 tsp once, and that really had me down to liquid bm's but I had also taken a lot of fiber that day too. I also tried just 1 and that helped but not as much as I would've liked. How much should i take?
