Multivitimans???

Postby sphinctersaurus » 17 Oct 2010, 22:08

Hi all!
Just wondering ... does anybody know of a good multivitamin that doesn't contain any evil constipators like calcium and iron? I've searched high and low, but so far I haven't been able to find one.

Does iron and calcium really constipate you that badly?I'm planning on buying some multivitamins to help me recover from my fistulotomy but if it really constipates I just might look for something individual.

Ensure is a good "liquid" vitamin/food supplement.

I take a Centrum multi-vitamin daily with no issues - have for years. I think you have to take a lot of iron to start having problems.
Are you having problems with a multi-vitamin now?
As Cheryl mentioned, Ensure is a create source of nutrition. I drink one daily. It helps me maintain/gain weight.

Ya I was on Insure after my fissure healed the first time and I gotta say it helped me put on 10 lbs. after losing 15 lbs.I'm thinking of going back to it if I feel like I'm losing weight again.Lol Dawn I saw a orange chewable centrum at Rite Aid today and I was thinking of getting that one.Maybe I should have since I'm sick and tired of swallowing pills.
