hi guys im pretty sure you have seen me on here alot, i got af 7 months back due for lis and botox , externally no pain but im always feeling a weird uncomftable feeling allday , almost feels like my muscle isnt relaxed? nd can feel it spasm but no longer externally sore. i am so upset im scared lis isnt going to stop it and im scared that this is going to be my life forever

i never had this before the fissure. only when i got it , i can sit down now its just always slightly uncomfy and worse when people are around

please tell me this is normal and will go. i just dont know how to cope anymore
