I'm not completely healed up. Am I better than when I first started, yes quite a bit better. But since this has been going on since July, I've been scheduled to have Botox on Friday afternoon. Doctor said it should help me get over the hump since I'm still not 100%.

So just a quick update, I had 2 injections of Botox done on Friday. And so far so good. My CRS said the fissure had healed more than she expected which was good news and she's hopeful the Botox will get me over the hump. I've still had some pain during BM and for a few minutes after but the burning and/or dull ache is not happening. And no blood which is big change. Is it perfect there, no; but, its 100% better in comparison to when I went in for the shots. Something my CRS is having me do that I haven't seen on here is continue to use the cream in conjunction with the Botox shot.
