I was so busy as a new mom I have sort of forgotten- but the cut out for fistula acted as a fissure often. I wonder if a tear in that cause second one later.
How are you making out?

Hi Zinnia the fistula has healed up as per my CRS and the pain has gone away but now I have a stubborn hemorrhoid which popped out!
