Percocet for pain?

Postby Lewarctj » 30 May 2017, 14:11

My LIs and fissurectomy is June 7th. The pain is constant this last go round for 5 weeks now and I can't take it anymore. I don't have so much pain with BM this time around, but have constant pressure, tugging and overall pain all day long.

My surgeon prescribed me Percocet To get me through the next 10 days until surgery. Anyone have any luck with Percocet reducing the pain? I know I'll need to be sure to take stool softeners and drink lots of water to ward off constipation.

Percocet worked really well for me and reduced my pain from a level 10 to a level 5 or 6. I was so grateful for the relief.
