Image glad you're feeling better! Hope tomorrow is better still, but dont lose hope if it isn't, its a very up and down recovery!!
I'm not having a very good day pain wise, but never mind, its nearly bedtime!!!

each day is full of surprises.i may have less pain sometimes and i start to think im getting better but then its worse again.thats wat scares me.i dont even hope now.ill take each day as it comes.

i think all you can do is be very grateful for the good days and accept the bad days as and when they happen. Please dont lose hope though, the bad days will get less and less, even though thats hard to believe at the moment!

You need to come to the sunny South, Val. It is is still bright and sunny and warm here! I went swimming this weekend! Just watch out for the hurricanes!
Sleep is such a welcome relief when you're in pain, isn't it?
