Nutrionist/Dietician

Postby sugarspice » 10 Dec 2013, 09:25

Hi AFF buddies,

I am in a bit of a mess food wise. I am not eating carbs as they all produce bristol 4's, I have moved from insoluble to soluble fibre but have recently had more 4's and been CONSTPATED!

I am very much struggling to find the right diet for both myself and my family. I was doing all the wrong things before, with lots of wholewheat products and also all the good stuff of course, meat, veg fruit etc.

So what I need is to speak to a nutrionist/dietician asap who can help me. The ones I have found are all about 'Lose weight/feel better' kind of stuff, which are not really what I need. If anyone knows of a dietician who has successfully dealt with an anal fissure sufferer I would be most grateful for their contact details, even if they are on the other side of the world, I could still email or webcam them.

Many thanks in advance
