I'm always looking for high fiber, portable food to take with me when I travel. Target sells freeze dried green peas. 3/4 cup has 7 grams of fiber. They taste pretty dry, as you might expect, so they aren't the greatest tasting snack. But they have made traveling easier since it can be hard to find enough fiber when eating out.
