My CRS recommended using aquous cream to help with cleaning up after a BM. I find I tend to use a shower head to wash if very sore but aquaous cream or aloe vera gel are both good to apply to a bit of loo paper and help get properly clean. Then perhaps apply a bit of sudocrem ( CRS said anything that can be used for nappy rash would be worth trying)
