Yum! I make my own yoghurt, and sometimes I strain it to make it into Greek yoghurt. It is deliciously creamy!

Savaici, did you ever get kefir grains for making your own kefir? I was doing it for a while, but nobody in my family liked it, so it wasn't worth going on with. Now I'm making kombucha for its probiotic benefits. Less time-consuming than kefir, and my husband and daughter like it too.
Nifedipine/lidocaine, no help
Diltiazem, effective, but caused major rash
Nitroglycerine, effective.
Topical estrogen for final healing.
Gentle heat to bottom - pain relief, muscle relaxant
Kondremul mineral oil
Time - lots of time.
Status - Healed!
