Postby msimon » 12 Nov 2014, 17:54

My spasms are really bad today and I even find it difficult to urinate...anyone get this? Like it's hard to relax the muscles to go...

Have you tried just soaking in a Sitz bath? I find that helps me.

lol! I've tried mental imagery. It just hurts to relax the muscles down there :( Especially as I heal now from surgery.

I have this problem too. Usually pressing on my abdomen (where my bladder is) and concentrating on opening the sphincter at the same time will cause it to empty.
