Hi everyone.

I enjoyed a month and a half of great relief (Fissure never healed but no spasms or pain). Then I got tightness back for a week (just some tightening for a couple hours after bowl movement), then relief for a week, now back to pain again.

Anyone else get these moments of relief then back to the drawing board? I cant even say its re-tears because the fissure never healed.

Yes, this was a typical pattern for me for several months. I have not had any pain for about 5 months at this point. I hope you fully heal, Frank.

Im just trying to figure out why its doing this. I feel like its a muscle situation.
