Hi Soey, if you can get your doctor to prescribe Estrace (an oestrogen cream) to put on your anus I do recommend it. It's usually used vaginally, but my OB-GYN was happy to let me use it to complete my healing. I just put it on the external anus. Oestrogen is really good for the skin.
Also, you can try oiling yourself from the inside, so to speak, by taking a mineral oil. I recommend kondremul which is an emulsion, mixes well with stool, is pleasant to taste and softens and lubricates stool amazingly well. I've been told one shouldn't take it long term, and don't take it last thing at night (if you lie down with it in your oesophegus you could inhale some). I took it for several months and found it absolutely reliable as a softener. You can order it from a pharmacy or Amazon. I just saw you are in Norway though - don't know if it's available there.
Nifedipine/lidocaine, no help
Diltiazem, effective, but caused major rash
Nitroglycerine, effective.
Topical estrogen for final healing.
Gentle heat to bottom - pain relief, muscle relaxant
Kondremul mineral oil
Time - lots of time.
Status - Healed!
