I had a small but long running anal fissure that would heal and then reoccur. I searched online and found a treatment called HemoClin on Amazon which had positive reviews. I bought it and used it fairly regularly and it has cleared up the problem and the fissure has not, touch wood, returned. Worth a try.

tag excision X 2, botox x 3
Dilatiazem
dilatation 2 X daily + Retin-C Vitamin Scar Treatment Oil 2 X daily - best thing ever.
