Postby dottie » 01 Aug 2015, 23:42

I have had a diverticuli bleed and Dr rxd Mirolax a few years ago last year I had a small bowel blockage Dr said it was due to scar tissue from old surgery - this was weird because I couldn't keep anything down but he rxd generalac after Ingot rid,of that awful tube which I do not want to ever have put in when I am awake. Now my stool has been half hard and half soft and Not sure what to take. Had been taking ducosate once a day but do not want to end up with D especially after son just had major surgery and my eating habits are nil'

I take Colace and mirolax, but you should ask your doctor since you had surgery.
