Any other ladies get this? I always seem to get a fissure/ bad constipation/ hemmies near my PMS? I crack a joke my butt has a period before I do.

Just wonder if anyone else has this too.

Omg that's awful! I haven't had a period in over a year (pregnancy and now breastfeeding) but I really hope that when my period returns that my hemmies and fissures don't!! I wonder why that happens? Maybe the hormone levels changing.. I'm sorry that happens to you. So you suffer each month when your period comes?

it is strange. I think it's because my cravings get so intense around my PMS maybe I eat bad stuff? I agree about the hormones though, totally!

Thanks! :) Yep! Last month I had a fissure around my PMS and now this month too....SIGH. I hope it's just a coincidence since I ate spinach for the iron and hopefully that's just it. Anal fissures, they are a mystery!

Yes, this happens...and it doesnt happen because of eating bad stuff..cause i don't eat anythung bad and still have this problem

True! I ate ice cream last night and for the first time on months had a kind of "brick BM". I didn't tear but now ice cream is on my no go list :/.
