Every few months, I get a sore spot, on the outside posterior near tailbone, it's small, a little bump.

When it flares I cannot cope, the itch is beyond anything. This is on top of the chronic fissure pain, spasm, burn, wiggle.

I'm about to take a knife and cut it out.

What on earth is it? If history is a guide it will go away in a week, only to return.

Just a guess but maybe it is a hive? I had one on my arm like that. Kept coming back in same spot with severe itch. Try antihistamine with the breakout of the itch????

Could be, although I've never had a hive or hives, could be an anal issue which is if course undiagnoseable

Today my butt is cracked, my heartbeat raced after morning bm, threw out all my creams and herbs and gloves, given up.

I'm so sorry and understand that give up thing. I am there too. Nothing works. Now heating up another black tea bag to put on area. All the creams just hurt me. I never had hives either until a strange breakout pre fissure. But had one that lingered. Called it my stress hive. Would go down and then fester again and again.
