Hi everyone. I'm almost healed now, but when I was experiencing those gut-wrenching spasms, they could last all day into the evening. However, if I had a second BM in the evening, I found that it wasn't nearly as painful, and the spasms wouldn't start up again. Anyone else find this? I've just been wondering about that, and what the cause might be.

Daisy, I have found the same thing. I didn't have spasms much, only a few times. Nonetheless, as far as pain with/after BM, evening was usually less painful. Sorry I don't know what the reason is though.
