I'll take any advice!

Postby Massivechopsticks » 29 Jan 2016, 19:00

Hi, I was diagnosed with an AF two weeks ago and had 2 Botox injections. I am still in incredible pain. I'm trying to do everything right but would appreciate any advice....I'm having baths throughout the day ( usually 3 to 4), using stool softeners, and eating as healthily as possible. Does anyone have any suggestions to make this more bearable or does anyone know when I will start to feel better ( even slightly?) .....

:wel: to fellow travellers on the Fissure Highway

Not had Botox myself, but I know it can be painful for some afterwards. Can only suggest reading this thread to get an idea of the reactions of others. Hope the pain soon improves :smilyhug:

That thread at least made me realize I'm not alone, and not the only one who feels like this.
As far as baths go, should they be as hot as possible? Also is more water better or stick to the 8 glasses a day? And finally when the pain is unbearable, what is the best painkiller.....tried Aleve, Tylenol , vodka, pot......and am I the only one who cannot sit in a car without screaming and wincing in pain?
