Chachacha

I had a computer crash and have been away for about 4 days. When I returned though, I'm being told that my user name and email address aren't valid so I've had to re-register as chachacha1.

Can someone in the tech department get me back into my old ID?

Fissure since about 2007
Fissure diagnosed in 2011
Diltiazem for two years - didn't work well
LIS January, 2015
Hemorrhoidectomy December, 2017
