I had the fissure after a hard BM in August. Pain and blood went on until by using softener an coco oil it started to heal. The healing went gradually on and10 days ago no pain and no blood any more.And sudenly today by BM no pain but red blood on the paper.... (not in the toilet or on the stool it self), but more than a few stains.

I got a bid panic because I though the thing was over. Can that happen or shall I get afraid?

I periodically bleed, and as it is just on the loo paper I really would not worry. Could be a hemorrhoid (we all have them). If it gets worse (does not stop) then suggest a visit to your doctor.
