Diltiazem / nifedepine cream/ointment not available

Postby MyPainfullife » 16 Sep 2017, 17:34

Hi,

These two aren't available in this part of third world. However they are available in tablets forms.

Can I crush the tablets and somehow mix them with some other cream/ointment/Vaseline/Aloe vera (I have them in mt garden)?

Regards

Pharmacies prepare the ointment by crushing the pills and mixing them with Vaseline. However you'll need to make sure the ratios are accurate. You don't want too high of a concentration of the medication. Also specialized equipment is required to make sure the medicine is evenly distributed in the Vaseline. If you can find a compounding pharmacy they may be able to make it for you.
