Hi everyone, I'm dealing with an af on and off for 2 years, I hate it, currently I'm feeling optimistic because I think I'm about to be healed to the point where I can take a dump without it screaming outta me like barbed wire. I do recommend using bag balm, it helps allot. I'm here mostly to read up on what other ppl do to relieve the pain.
