My IP is banned

Thanks to pinpin's help I now know that my IP has landed in some blacklists that are supplied to the forum. I'm going to have to do some scanning of my home computers and figure out what caused this. Until then I'll have to continue using a VPN to log in, and my visits here may be less frequent because of the inconvenience of this work around.
8/16-12/16: Fissure due to antibiotics
5/17: Botox to sphincter, fissure healed
9/19: Trigger point injections and pudendal nerve block
11/19: Botox to pelvic floor
8/20: Botox to pelvic floor in new location.
On and off in pelvic physical therapy

Fissure since about 2007
Fissure diagnosed in 2011
Diltiazem for two years - didn't work well
LIS January, 2015
Hemorrhoidectomy December, 2017

My IP has now mysteriously been taken off the ban list. I hope it stays that way.
