I am new to this whole deal but I have been in alot of pain the last two weeks this is my first fissure and it seems to be getting worse by the day I need some help on what to do to heal this monster and what I can do to control the pain I have a very physically demanding job and this is taking a toll on me mentally any help would be greatly appreciated

have you seen a doctor? If it's a fissure, get on one of the fissure ointments asap. Keep stool soft.
