Anyone have a good list of Veggies that are high in fiber?

Beans , cabbage, yams, green beans, asparagus, artichokes , brussel sprouts, carrots (I guess ??), but you can't go wrong with any veggie - they all have either soluble or insoluble fibers and all will do so much good for you - especially gentle if cooked !!!

Beans and peas are my fav for soluable.
asapragus seems to have a lot insoluble, so it's a little scratchier, but still effective.

Thanks I have recently tried carrots and celery. Both of them I like eating anyway. The peas is a new one to me!
