Ok, I have been off of work for 3 weeks. I was eating and sleeping regularly and everything was fine. Yesterday was my first day back to work -- 13 hours on my feet. I still stuck to my diet and whatta ya know--rabbitt pellet poo!!!! I was so mad. I was trying to go all day and it felt like i couldn't go. This morning the same thing --rabbitt pellets followed by a fluffy BM. Now i am sore, No pain, just sore. I think there is something to be said about having a routine, i.e. eating, sleeping, BM's. My schedule is kind of weird. This week i work M,W,F -- 13 hour shifts. Next week T, TH, S, S, -- 13 hour shifts with one night of 24 hour call. and so on and so on. On workdays i get up at 4:30 or 5:30, somedays i have to be at work by 6 am and somedays 7 am. Then i am so tired after working this shift that i sleep late the next day. Therefore, i am eating breakfast at 6 to 7 on workdays and 9 to 10 on off days. Either it is really coincidental or my job may be killing me. I have even thought about changing jobs to try to get M thru F 8 to 4:30. even if it meant less money. I don't know if this is really a setback or not since there is no pain (as we used to know it) only soreness. Maybe my system is just very sensitive to change in routine. I just needed to talk.
