Hi all. Pardon me for bringing up such a silly topic.
I'm really stressed out (as I am sure many of you are aswell) dealing with these painful physical issues.
I find myself reaching for smooth natural peanut butter or almond butter (no added oils or sugars) as a snacking stress reliever. Nibble on a tablespoon 3 or 4 times a day.
I haven't been diagnosed with IBS or Crohn's or UC nor experience any of the symptoms.
Is the pb (peanut butter) and ab (almond butter) a bad idea? Will it cause constipation if I consume too much?
Do you have any issues with pb or ab?
What's your guilty snacking pleasure?

I love almond butter and chocolate humus. I usually eat both with fruit, usually an apple. As far as constipation goes I honestly don’t know anymore. I can have two weeks where everything is great, eating all the things that I should and then I will have the week from hell- who knows!
