Grape like swelling

So now I have experienced this swelling that feels like a bunch of grapes that I saw others talking about. How long does this take to go down?

Did you have a LIS or hemorrhoidectomy?
Fissure since about 2007
Fissure diagnosed in 2011
Diltiazem for two years - didn't work well
LIS January, 2015
Hemorrhoidectomy December, 2017

More like a hemorrhoidectomy that’s what they kept calling it but it was a hemorrhoidal skin tag he said it was just skin after the surgery. Closed it up with dissolvable stitches.

So you had surgery before this procedure, developed a skin tag and had that removed recently? I had a lot of swelling after both my LIS and hemorrhoidectomy (3 years apart) and ended up with permanent tags after both. The swelling reduced a lot after a few weeks, but the tags are mine forever now.
Fissure since about 2007
Fissure diagnosed in 2011
Diltiazem for two years - didn't work well
LIS January, 2015
Hemorrhoidectomy December, 2017
