May I ask you what dosages and form of vitamin C and magnesium you take? Have you used PEG/Macrogol (Miralax) in the past? If yes, how do they compare?

Thanks!

Not sure what kind of magnesium everyone is taking but I highly recommend H2go, it is active magnesium, will keep you regular. You can buy it on Amazon.

Abu are you back on the natural calm? I'm still taking the magnesium citrate and the vitamin C powder and I'm trying to take the mineral drops too but I'm wondering if maybe the natural calm is better on its own long-term?
